Awaken the North and all of it's current Councillors would like to dedicate this page to all of those who have been with us and now are not. Some of these people are not on Midgard anymore. Others are but are now in a different path in life. As Awaken the North grows and the years pass, those that were instrumental to it's growth will never be forgotten and we wish that all who visit this page take the time and learn about them.
Max Oakenshield
Lived in Ontario, Canada but hailed from Munich, Germany where he was born. In Germany he came to Asatru through guidance since childhood in a native community. He shared the same desire as Andrew, to see Asatru awaken to the rest of the world, and would have been proud to see what is has now become.
